| What will I need to begin? |
 |
To get started, one adult member of a family will need a customer login name and Password. If you have not been issued a customer login name and password, an adult member of the family, will need to request an Internet Account. (Account approvals usually take 24 hours {excluding weekends and holidays} to process and will be sent to your email address.)

FACILITY RESERVATIONS ARE RESTRICTED TO EWA BY GENTRY HOMEOWNERS ONLY!
To reserve a facility you will need to obtain a username and password and then click on Reserve. There you will be asked to select an event type, a description, and maximum number of Guests. From here you simply search and select the facility you want to reserve.
PLEASE NOTE! ALL FACILITY REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO DEPARTMENT APPROVAL. PLEASE ALLOW 5 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR APPROVAL. |

| Registering Online is Easy! |
|
There are three easy ways to find the activity/class you want! Search by Activity/Class Category, Activity/Class ID Number or Activity/Class keyword. Once you find the activity/class you are interested in, click on the activity/class link to view more detailed information about the activity/class. To register for open classes, click Add to My Cart and follow the easy check out instructions. You will need your login name and password to continue the process from this point. An activity/class confirmation will be sent to your email address. If a class is not open or the registration period is not open, you will not get the icon for Add to My Cart.
